Ingredients: 4 boiled potatoes,2 boiled carrots, cumin seed, 2 green chillis, garam masala, amchur powder, oil, coriander leaves, ginger, salt to taste.


1. Boil potatoes and carrots in a cooker and mash them well. 

2. In a pan, add little oil and to this add cumin seeds, green chillies, amchur, garam masala powder, and coriander leaves. 

3. To this mixture add the mashed potatoes and carrots and mix them well until they get thickened.
