This recipe would work to curb your hunger in a satisfactory manner. Aloo Chakli can be prepared using potatoes, mustard seeds, dried mango powder, turmeric powder, salt and oil. Potatoes are a good source of energy which is rich in carbohydrates. Make sure you do not use excessive oil.

Steps:

1. Peel of the skin of the potatoes and cut them into round shape.

2. Take a pan and heat oil. Add mustard seeds.3

3. Observe when the seeds begin to splutter. Then add amchoor powder along with salt and turmeric powder. Cook for some time and then add potatoes.

4. Cook it for few minutes and later garnish it with coriander leaves.
