Aloo grilled sandwich is yummy and offers the nutritional benefits of potatoes, which is the main ingredient in this recipe. Potatoes are a great source of Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, potassium, copper, manganese, phosphorus, niacin, dietary fibre and pantothenic acid. 

Ingredients: 4 bread slices, 1 tbsp. ghee, 1 potato boiled and mashed, 1 tsp. hot ghee, ½ tsp. ginger grated, ¼ tsp. chilli powder, 2 pinches of garam masala, ¼ tsp. coriander powder, salt, finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 green chilli chopped, lemon juice. 

Steps

 1. In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes with the rest of the ingredients except the bread slices. 

 2. Butter the slices of the bread. 

 3. Place the filling on the unbuttered side of bread and place another slice on top. 

 4. Grill the sandwich and serve. 

Aloo grilled sandwich is ready. Prepare this sandwich and serve with coriander mint chutney or ketchup!
