If you are having trouble feeding paneer, here is a recipe that will help you use paneer to make delicious snacks. Aloo paneer tikki is very easy to prepare and offers the goodness of paneer, which is a rich source of phosphorus, calcium, riboflavin, Vitamin D, selenium, potassium, Vitamin B12 and protein. 

 Ingredients: 4-5 potatoes, boiled and mashed; 125 gms of paneer crumbled, ½ tsp pepper powder, 1 tbsp. corn flour, salt, oil. 


 1. In a bowl mix the mashed potatoes, crumbled paneer, pepper powder, corn flour and salt. Mix well to form firm dough. 

 2. Pinch out small balls from the dough, flatten them using your palms and shape them into patties. 

 3. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the patties till they are crisp and golden.

 4. Drain off the excess oil and serve with a spicy chutney or tomato ketchup.
