Potatoes boast of vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Potassium, Fiber, Magnesium, and antioxidants, and hence, aloo-sabzi is the perfect treat for your kiddo, and they can have it with either parathas, chapattis, or pooris.

 

Ingredients:1 Capsicum, 5 boiled potatoes,1 Onion,2 Tomatoes, Cashew, 1tbsp Ginger garlic paste,3 Green chillid, oil, tumeric, chilli,garam masala and corisnder powder, salt to taste.

Steps:

1.In a pan add oil and fry the chopped onions, tomato and capsicum with cashews,and green chilli. 

2.To this add tumeric, red chilli, coriander, garam masala powder and salt to taste. 

3.Now add the boiled and smashed potatoes to this mixtuxe and mix them well adding water to it. 

Your Aloo sabzi is ready to serve..Give it a tadka of Mustard seeds with dry chilli.Hurry up to try this simple recepie and surprise your kiddo!
