Any Time French Pizzas
With French bread available so easily, you can now serve up Pizza the ‘French’ Style. This rechristened pizza is super healthy, doesn’t use processed wheat (Maida) and can be prepared using numerous types of fillings.
1. Add oil in a pan or wok, put onions and fry. Add Indian masalas, including turmeric to the mix and fry till golden brown.
2. Use leftover chicken meat, a rolled up Italian sausage, paneer or any other ingredient as the main. Boil some corns for the mix. Grate mozzarella.
3. Spread sauce on French Bread (you can use regular whole wheat bread if French bread is not available).
Add mozzarella to the top. Put the toppings and bake in the oven till toasted. Go ahead and serve as it is!
