Ingredients: 1 cup chopped apples, 2 cups of chilled milk, ¼ tsp cinnamon powder, 2-3 tbsp of sugar.

Steps:

 1. Peel and core the apples and add them into a blender along with chilled milk, cinnamon powder and sugar. 

 2. Add half a cup of milk and blend again to ensure a smooth mixture. 

 3. Add the remaining milk and blend again to ensure that you have a consistent milkshake. 

 4. Pour out the milkshake into tall glasses, sprinkle cinnamon powder and serve.
