Atta Ladoo

Treat everyone to atta ladoos during snack time. Atta ladoos are not just delicious but also have nutritional value due to the whole wheat flour used in them. Whole wheat flour is rich in proteins, carbohydrates, dietary fibre, Omega 3 fatty acids, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, folate, pantothenic acid, etc. 

Ingredients: 1 cup whole wheat flour, 2 tbsp of powdered sugar, 1/3 cup of ghee, 1 tbsp of raisins.


 1. Roast the flour in a pan for about 10 minutes till it changes it colour to brown.

 2. Add the ghee and stir for a couple of minutes more. 

 3. Next, add the powdered sugar and raisins.

 4. When the heat is tolerable to your hands, make ladoos from the mixture.
