Ingredients: Beetroot – 2, Wheat Flour – 3 cups, Salt to taste, Red Chilli powder – ½ tsp, Roasted Cumin , powder – ½ tsp, Garam Masala -1/2 tsp, Chaat Masala – ½ tsp, Oil for frying, Water for dough
1. Clean the beetroots and peel them. Grate the beetroot finely into a bowl.
2. Add all the spice powders and salt into the bowl. Add the flour and mix to form a soft dough.
3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out chapattis.
4. Heat a tawa to cook the rotis. Drizzle a little butter or oil on both sides to ensure the roti has cooked throughout.
