Avocados are rich in potassium, sodium, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, magnesium, calcium and iron. Here’s an easy recipe that will help you prepare a delicious breakfast. Avocado garlic toast is easy and quick to prepare. 

Ingredients: One large avocado, 8-10 slices of garlic bread, 1-2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil, 1 medium-sized garlic clove minced or chopped, a pinch of oregano, crushed peppercorns, salt to taste, a few drops of lemon juice. 

 Steps: 

 1. Toast the garlic bread and set aside. 

 2. Deseed the avocado and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Add all the ingredients and mix well. 

 3. Rub a garlic onto the surface of the garlic bread. Top it with the avocado mixture and serve.
