Badam Milk

Badam milk is an easy to prepare drink which offers loads of nutritional benefits. Almonds are a rich source of potassium, dietary fibre, protein, calcium, iron, Vitamin B6 and magnesium and hence are beneficial for the healthy growth. 

 Ingredients: 20-24 almonds, 500 ml milk, 2 tsp sugar. 


 1. Soak the almonds in water for at least 6 hours. Drain and put in a mixer jar and grind with a little water and set aside. 

 2. Heat the milk and when it starts boiling, add the sugar and almond paste. 

 3. Simmer for about 2 minutes and remove from the flame. 

 4. Cool the badam milk, pour out into glasses and serve.
