You can make an interesting snack item using the basic ingredients. Baked Bread Rolls can be made using your desired veggies. This food item is rich in carbs and fiber. 

Steps:

1. You need to first heat oil in a pan. Add all the veggies and sauté it well for at least 2 minutes.

2. Now add your desired veggies along with black pepper. Mix the content well and keep it aside.

3. Now you need to remove the bread crust and roll each slice using a rolling pin.

4. Add the stuffing at the centre of each bread slice. Apply some water at the edges so as to fold the bread to seal it.

5. Now you need to brush butter on the top of each bread roll and bake them at 200 degrees. Keep them for at least 5 minutes.

Serve them hot. Your sure to love it!
