Banana Mango Milkshake
Banana mango milkshake is an absolute delight when it comes to taste. Furthermore, it is highly nutritional as it contains the essential nutrients of both mangoes and bananas. Both fruits are rich in Vitamin C, dietary fibre, potassium, magnesium and Vitamin B6. Easy and simple to prepare, this milkshake will make your child ask for more!
Ingredients: 2 medium sized bananas peeled and chopped, 2 medium sized alphonso mangoes peeled and chopped; 2 ½ cups of badam milk, 3 tbsp. sugar, 4-5 ice cubes, chopped cashews and almonds for garnishing.
1. Pour the cashew milk into a blender jar, add the chopped bananas, mangoes, ice cubes and sugar and blend till you get a smooth solution.
2. Pour out the milkshake into glasses, garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve.
