Do you want to munch on chips and French fries? Try this healthier but equally yummy instead, with this popular pumpkin seed snack. Pumpkin seeds contain a wide variety of nutrients ranging from magnesium and manganese to copper, protein, and zinc.
Ingredients: Pumpkin seeds - 1/2 cup,Oil - 3 tablespoons,Salt to taste,Chaat Masala – ½ tsp
1.Heat the oil in a kadhai or frying pan.
2.Drop in the pumpkin seeds and fry them for 3-5 minutes, till uniformly cooked.
3. Season with salt and chaat masala.
4. Eat them hot when crunchy.
Be careful – as you will not be able to keep away from this healthy, crunchy snack!
