Ingredients: 2 cups shredded cabbage, ½ cup chopped spring onions, ½ cup grated carrot, 3 tbsp mayonnaise, ½ tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp sugar, salt and black pepper.
1. Take the mayonnaise in a bowl, add the lemon juice, sugar, salt and black pepper.
2. Stir and mix well.
3. Add the cabbage, spring onions and carrots and mix well.
4. Cabbage coleslaw is ready.
