Sandwiches are great for breakfast or snacks. Make a healthy sandwich using capsicums and cheese, which are a rich source of Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, sodium and protein. These essential nutrients are essential for healthy skin, healthy bones and stronger immune system in your body. Here’s a simple way that you can use to make this delicious toast. 

Ingredients: 8 bread slices, 1 cup chopped capsicum, mozzarella cheese, 2-3 green chillies deseeded and chopped, 4 garlic flakes, chilli flakes, oregano

Steps

 1. Preheat the oven to 220oC. 

 2. Place the bread slices on a baking tray. 

 3. Spread the chopped capsicum, garlic and chilli on top of them and then top it with grated mozzare-lla cheese. 

 4. Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano 

 5. Bake for 8-10 minutes. 

 Yummy capsicum cheese toast is ready to serve!
