Chatpata Dahi wala Bread
You can surely make bread loaves into a lovely dish. Chatpata Dahi wala Bread can be had during lunchtime or as a healthy snack. Ingredients required include bread slices and curd that makes this recipe rich in carbs, protein and calcium.
1. Take a bowl to mix curd, chili powder, turmeric powder and salt along with 2 tbsp of water. Mix it well.
2. Now cut the bread slices into cubes and add it to this bowl. Make sure the cubes are totally covered with the curd mixture.
3. Take oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger and sliced onions. Once the onion turns brown you have to add the bread mixture.
4. Let the bread gain golden colour and then serve it with coriander garnishing.
This is a tasty dish which can be experimented with veggies as well.
