Has Cauliflower turned boring due to the same cooking process everyday? That’s why you should be trying this cheesy cauliflower recipe, which includes the goodness of cauliflower and calcium of milk.
The Steps Are:
1. In a large saucepan, boil water, add cauliflower and cook for 7 minutes. The piece should be cooked by the time you drain cauliflower.
2. Heat oven to 220C and put cauliflower on a baking try. On the saucepan, add milk, a tbsp. of flour and butter. Whisk the mixture to thicken the sauce and pour over cauliflower. Pour in cheese over the top- mozzarella, parmesan or a mix of different cheese and keep it in the oven till the cheese starts to bubble.
