Chick-Chick Pasta Bake
There are some recipes which are healthy as well as delicious at the same time. The ingredients required for its preparation involve veggies (mushroom) and boneless chicken breast which are rich in protein and Vitamin D making it healthy for your growing kid.
1. You need to pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. Steam the butternut and carrot for at least 10 minutes then squeeze them in a blender to create a puree.
2. Take a saucepan and heat oil. Add the chicken pieces to it and later add mushrooms.
3. Now add the carrot and butternut puree along with milk. Stir it well and cook it for at least a minute. Meanwhile, add the drained pasta to this mixture and stir it well.
4. Add cheese and bread crumbs into a blender. Now place the pasta mix into a bowl and layer it with this breadcrumb mixture. Bake it for at least 20 minutes.
