Do you love Chinese dishes? Then you must try our unique Chilli Idli recipe, full of the goodness of carbohydrates as well as vitamins and minerals from all the veggies. 

Ingredients: Idli - 5 nos (cubed), Onion – 1 (chopped), Capsicum – 1/2 (chopped), Garlic cloves – 10nos (finely chopped), Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp, Tomato ketchup - 1 – 2 tbsp, Curry leaves – a sprig, Coriander leaves – to garnish, Oil – 2 tbsp


1.   Deep fry the idli cubes till golden brown.

2.   Heat oil. Saute the onions, garlic and capsicum. Saute well till capsicum gets cooked. Add the ketchup,  garam masala powder and mix well. 

3.   Add the deep fried idly pieces and toss it well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
