Chocolaty Cookies for Kids
Don’t have to force it down their throat. Instead, you can make this easy cookie recipe, with unprocessed goodness and lots of yummy chocolate.
1. Preheat oven at 180 C. Use non-stick paper for baking sheets.
2. Measure 100 gm butter and 100g light brown sugar in bowl. Use normal sugar, if needed. The butter should be softened. Whisk it until light and fluffy. Now, add one egg and whisk together. Add 150 gm of porridge oats, a pink of salt, 75gm of self-raising flour, one tsp vanilla extract, 50gm of chopped dried apricots and raisins to the product and mix well.
3. Add chocolate chips and mix add. Shape into 20 balls. Flatten out on the tray softly.
Bake for 10-12 mins till lightly golden and soft. With the goodness of porridge oats, it will give your kids energy they need
