Coconut Sweet Paratha
Sometimes you can be quite demanding, or bored of routine or traditional meal. Coconut paratha is full of fiber, carb, minerals, high in nutritious and rich in vitamins, alongside being tasty, its easy to cook too.
Ingredients: Wheat flour -1 cup, Grated coconuts-2tsb(Fresh coconut), Sugar powder-1tsb, Cardamom powder-1/4 tsb, Ghee-2tsb, Milk/water half cup
1. Make soft dough with milk. Cover it and allow it to rest for 15 min.
2. Add grated coconut, sugar, cardamom powder in it and mix it well in a small bowl.
3. Take a small portion of dough, stuff this coconut mixture in it, and flatten it with the help of rolling pin.
4. Gently put it on hot tawa and cook it. When it turns into a nice golden color on both the sides, apply some ghee on the paratha.
Your Paratha is ready now, serve it warm. You can have this paratha during lunch or dinner and can use dry coconut also if you do not have fresh.
