Colorful And Tasty Fruity Bowl
Looking for a dessert that is tasty and yet extremely healthy? Then look no further. Here is a recipe for a Fruity Bowl that is loaded with the goodness of fruits - potassium rich banana, 20 different vitamins and minerals containing mangoes, calcium rich yogurt, and tasty parleg biscuits.
Ingredients: 250 g Parle-G biscuits, 1/3 cup coconut milk ,1 banana, 1 mango, 1 ½ cup yogurt, vanilla essence.
1. Take Parle-G biscuits and coarsely grind in a food processor.
2. Blend coconut milk with a banana and a mango.
3. Add yogurt with a few drops of vanilla essence to the fruit mixture.
4. Take a glass bowl and put a layer of the crushed biscuits, top with a layer of the yogurt mix, add another layer of the biscuits with a final layer of the yogurt.
5. Sprinkle some biscuit mix on top with a few pieces of mango.
