Ingredients: 2 tbsp beetroot and 2 tbsp carrot, ½ cup homemade fresh curd, ¼ tsp roasted jeera powder, salt and a pinch of sugar.

Steps:

1. Peel and grate beetroot and carrot.

2. Beat fresh curd.

3. Mix the curd and grated veggies.

4. Mix in roasted jeera powder, salt and a pinch of sugar.
