Cookies for Cranky Kids
Okay. Kids can get cranky when they don’t get something sweet. But you really cannot serve them sweet so often, especially the ones available in the market. So, for snacking or when they drinking milk, you can use this recipe and prepare them cranberry and white chocolate cookies!
The Steps Are:
1. Preheat oven to 160 C. Combine sieved flour, bi-carbonate soda and a pinch of salt. Stir it with almonds (ground), brown sugar, porridge oats, cranberries and chunks of white chocolate.
2. Melt butter in pan. Add an egg and stir with the dry ingredients.
3. Prepare dough balls and flatten them onto the baking sheets. Leave space between cookies to let them grow.
4. Bake for12-15 mins in the oven.
Allow it to cool and serve with healthy milkshakes.
