Corn Capsicum Sandwich
Help your little one start his day with a healthy and nutritious breakfast. Corn capsicum sandwich offers the goodness of fresh vegetables and is quite filling. Corn and capsicum together offer potassium, sodium, iron, Vitamin B6, magnesium, Vitamin A, calcium and dietary fibre.
Ingredients: 1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels, 1/3 cup of finely chopped bell pepper, ½ tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, ¼ cup grated cheese, 2-3 tbsp cream, 10-12 bread loaves, butter and salt.
1. Take a bowl and add sweet corn kernels, chopped bell peppers, black pepper powder, coriander leaves, grated cheese, cream and salt. Mix well.
2. Butter the bread loaves and spread the vegetable mix onto the slice.
3. Top with another buttered slice.
4. Grease the sandwich maker and place the sandwich for grilling.
