Corn is a rich source of carbohydrates, proteins, iron, Vitamin B6 and magnesium. Here’s how you can use corn to prepare a healthy and nutritious snack.

Ingredients: 1 medium corn cob, 1 onion finely chopped, 1 tomato finely chopped, 1 green chilli finely chopped, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 2 tsp lemon juice, ¼ tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, salt, coriander leaves and sev for garnishing. 

Steps: 

 1. Cook the corn cob in a pressure cooker. Remove and let it cool. Using a knife extract the kernels and put in a bowl. 

 2. Add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl containing the kernels and mix well. 

 3. Garnish with coriander leaves and sev and serve.
