Corn Flakes Chivda
Try this super easy chivda recipe it’s far better to something homemade yet delicious! The cornflakes and nuts make it a healthy treat too.
Ingredients: 2 cups cornflakes, ⅓ cup peanuts, ⅓ cup cashews, 2 to 3 tablespoon roasted chana dal, 3 tablespoon golden raisins, 8 to 10 curry leaves, ½ tablespoon powdered sugar, ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder, salt as required, oil for deep frying
1. Deep fry the corn flakes, peanuts, cashews, chana dal, raisins, curry leaves separately, and then mix all together.
2. Add turmeric powder, powdered sugar and salt. MIx well. Serve.
