Crispy and Crunchy Cauliflower Pakoda
Cauliflower is a great source of Vitamin K, proteins and essential minerals including phosphorus and magnesium. Here’s a recipe that is easy to prepare.
Ingredients: One large cauliflower cut into small florets, 3 tablespoons of besan mixed with ¼ cup of water, a mixture of 2 tbsp each of rice flour and corn flour, salt to taste, 1 tsp each of red chilli, cumin and turmeric powders, a pinch of hing, oil to cook.
1. Take the cauliflower florets and add besan mixture to it. Sprinkle rice and corn flour mixture, spice powders, hing and salt and mix well.
2. Sprinkle water so that the florets are completely covered in the flour.
3. Heat oil and fry the florets till they are crispy and golden.
