Crispy, Delicious Pyaaz ke Pakore
Onions are counted among the world’s healthiest foods because they are good for the heart, have cancer fighting qualities and several other benefits. Here’s a delicious, easy to make recipe that will help you give all the goodness that onions have to offer.
Ingredients: Three large onions sliced, ½ cup of besan, a handful of mint and coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste, ½ teaspoon each of turmeric and chilli powder, salt to taste.
1. Take the sliced onions in a bowl and add all the other ingredients into it.
2. Add water slowly to ensure that all the onions have been completely covered with the paste.
3. Heat oil for deep frying and bring to medium heat.
4. Deep fry the coated onions and scoop out.
