Crunchy and Crispy Granola
Delight your little one with this delicious recipe. Granolas are children and adults favourites. You can make your granolas at home now with oats, which ensure that your child gets fibre, protein and a host of essential nutrients including copper, phosphorus and zinc.
Ingredients: Oats (3 cups), 1 ½ cups of chopped nuts such as peanuts, cashew nuts and almonds, 1 tsp sunflower seeds, raisins (1 tsp), ½ tsp cinnamon powder, ½ cup honey, a dash of vanilla extract, half a cup of dried fruits of your choice, vegetable oil (1/4 cup).
1. To prepare the drizzle, mix vegetable oil, honey and cinnamon powder.
2. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and pour the drizzle. Mix well so that the oil is completely coated.
3. Now spread the mix on a sheet pan and bake at 300o F for about half an hour.
4. Give the mix a toss in between. Once done, let it cool.
