Oats are a breakfast item in most households. This is mainly because of the high nutritional value of oats. Oats are a rich source of protein, zinc, chromium, dietary fibre, magnesium, Vitamin B1, biotin, and copper. Add a little curd to the oats and make it more nutritious, as curd offers Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, protein and carbohydrates. Curd oats are very easy to prepare and hardly takes any time. 

Ingredients: 2 tbsp. oats, water, salt, curd, grated carrots

Steps

 1. Cook the oats in water till they are done. 

 2. Switch off the flame and mix the curd. Add salt and grated carrots.
