Try these super simple Daldosais, rich in proteins and carbohydrates.

Ingredients: Toor dal – 1 ½ cups, Besan – ¼ cup, Rice flour – ½ cup, Rava– 1 tablespoon, Baking powder – ½ teaspoon, Hing – ¼ teaspoon, Salt – to taste, Curry leaves – 15, Grated carrot – ¼ cup, Oil – 5-6 teaspoons


1.   Add all ingredients other than the grated carrots to a grinder and blend until smooth.

2.   Add grated carrots, mix well.

3.  Heat dosa pan and grease with a few drops of oil.

4.  Pour the batter to form small dosas. Add oil and cook till golden brown. Serve with tomato sauce or any chutney of your choice.
