Delectable Egg Muffin
Your kids will be out of the door every morning in a flash! All you need to do is serve them this delectable breakfast delight that’s tasty, healthy, and nutritious. Plus, it can be prepared in a jiffy. And eggs are just so nutritious, full of protein and right kind of fats.
The Steps To Make Egg Muffins Are:
1. Hard Boil eggs in advance so there’s no runny yolk.
2. Toast English muffin halves on a baking tray with olive oil or butter (or in a pan). Use whole-wheat or multi-grain bread if muffin is not available.
3. Now, layer the toasted muffin with tomato slices, boiled egg and grated mozzarella. Sprinkle with oregano. Sprinkle salt. Leave it in the microwave for another minute or so till the cheese melts.
