Feeling bored to eat the same old plain chapathis? Don’t get worked up – we have for you a delectable Masala Chapathi recipe that you will surely love. This recipe is rich in carbohydrates to supply valuable energy.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour - 2 cups, Dried Kasuri Methi Leaves- 1 tbsp, Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp, Pepper Powder- 1 tsp, Garam Masala Powder- 1 tsp, Salt to taste, Curd- 1/2 cup, Water as needed, Oil - 1 tsp + more for frying

Steps:

1.  Take all the ingredients in a bowl except oil, curd and water. Mix well.

2.  Add curd and water. Mix well to make a soft dough. Drizzle some oil over it and knead once. Cover it and let it sit for 30 mins.

3.  Now shape into equal balls. Roll it into chapati and toast on hot tawa by drizzling oil on both sides till cooked. Serve with raita or pickle.
