Delicious and Refreshing Yogurt and Berry Parfait
Yogurt is considered to be good for the digestive system because of its probiotic properties. In addition, it is loaded with vitamins such as Vitamin B5 and Vitamin B12, besides being rich in nutrients such as zinc, iodine, riboflavin, phosphorus and potassium. While curd is a common element in our diets, you can whip up a refreshing parfait with this simple recipe.
Ingredients: Yogurt -2 cups, Granola – 2 cups, Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc.) – 2 cups, Honey/ Sugar – 4 tablespoon
1. Take a wine glass and add layer upon layer pour the yogurt, granola, berries.
2. Make sure you add honey or sugar in between to sweeten the parfait.
