Delicious Baked Chicken

The Steps Are:
1. Cut about 500 gm of potatoes in four quarters. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Put potatoes in a tray and drizzle it with 3 tbsp. of olive oil.
2. Meanwhile, prepare a marinade using garlic, pesto and honey and coat 800 gm of boned chicken in this marinade. Let them rest for 10 mins.
3. Add to the baking tray, season and roast for 25 minutes. After 25 mins, add peppers to the mix and roast for another 15 minutes. Then sprinkle cheese and 4 cherry tomatoes halved. Put it in the oven for another 10 mins.
