Delicious Carrot Mixed Idlis
Fall in love with these new attractive and more nutritious idlis. Carrots are rich in essential nutrients such as potassium, iron and magnesium, besides being a high source of Vitamin A, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin C.
Ingredients: A bowl of idli batter, two cups of grated carrot, two medium onions chopped, one chopped green chilli, salt to taste.
1. Pour out the idli batter into your idli cooker and top it with a pinch of grated carrot, chopped onions, chillies and salt.
2. Cook and remove it from the idli cooker.
Serve with a tangy coconut or tamarind chutney.
