Have you tried lungru stems? Here we have a delicious recipe made from these healthy vegetable ferns. These are packed with antioxidants, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and minerals.

Ingredients: Lungru stems – 1 cup, cleaned and chopped, Hing- 1 pinch, Cumin Seeds- ½ tsp, Oil- 1 tsp, Turmeric powder- 1 pinch, Curd- ½ cup, Salt to taste

Steps:

1.  Heat oil and add hing and cumin seeds.

2.  Add lungru and stir fry.

3.  Once soft, add turmeric powder and salt.

4.  Add curd once lungru is almost done. Stir well.

5.  Serve hot with roti or rice.
