Delicious Mixed Vegetable Soup
This ultra-healthy soup is full of yummy veggie goodness. Carrots are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, they help maintain healthy skin. Tomatoes are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin K, it helps build stronger bones, and reduces the chance of lead toxicity. This is the recipe which will help in gain weight and fluid retention.
Ingredients: 4 chopped cabbage leaves, 1 tomato, 1/2 carrot, 1 small onion, 1 small potato, 4 garlic cloves, 3 ginger slices, 3 cloves, 1 elaichi, 1 cinnamon stick, salt to taste, sugar (optional), 3 cups water, 1 tbsp oil
1. Wash all the chopped vegetables properly with 2-3 rounds of water.
2. Take a pressure cooker, put oil in it. When the oil gets heated, put all the veggies and stir it for 1 minute.
3. Put all the remaining ingredients, add water then close the pressure cooker.
4. Cook it until 4 whistles.
Serve this yummy hot soup.
