Delicious Thai Peanut Sauce
You can create yummy recipes at home which would force you to eat food. This interesting Thai Peanut Sauce can be created at home in minimum time. You would require peanut butter, brown sugar, coconut milk, lemongrass, chilli powder, oil, chopped garlic, chopped onions and salt. Peanut butter adds to the protein and Vitamin E richness of this recipe.
1. The first step is to heat oil in a pan. Add onion and garlic. Heat it well until it gets golden.
2. Now add all the other ingredients along with ½ cup of water. Cook the content on medium flame for at least 7 minutes. Make sure you stir the mixture time to time.
3. Take out the lemon grass. Let the content cool down and then store it in the refrigerator.
This sauce can be savoured with a variety of dishes.
