Did you know that dill is an extremely nutritious herb for your kid? That’s why we have got for you a delicious recipe for Dill Dosa. Dill is rich in Vitamin C, Iron, Calcium and Magnesium.

Ingredients: 2 cups raw rice soaked overnight, 1/2 cup poha, 1 cup grated coconut, 2 cups dill leaves, 2 tbsp oil, salt to taste, 1 1/2 tsp fruit salt, oil for cooking.

Steps:

1.  Drain and wash the rice. Add the beaten rice, coconut, dill leaves, salt and enough water to grind to a smooth paste. Add the fruit salt and mix gently.

2.  Heat and grease a non-stick tava. Pour a ladleful of the mixture on the tava and spread it evenly. Put a little oil on the sides.

3.  Cover with a lid and cook on a low flame till crisp and brown on both sides.

4.  Serve hot with jaggery and grated coconut.
