Dry fruits are a rich source of sodium, potassium, carbohydrates, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, calcium, iron, Vitamin B6 and magnesium. Dry fruits ladoo is easy to prepare and is a delicious and healthy treat for anyone. 

Ingredients: ½ kg mixed nuts, dates and dried coconut, ½ kg jaggery, ½ tsp cardamom powder, 3 tbsp ghee, sugar as per taste.

Steps:

 1. Chop the nuts, dates and coconut. 

 2. Heat oil in a pan, roast all the nuts, dates and coconut and set aside. Add a pinch of cardamom powder. 

 3. Melt the jaggery in a pan with some water. When the concoction starts bubbling, pour it into the bowl containing the roasted dry fruits, dates and coconut. 

 4. Mix all the ingredients well and set aside for cooling. When the mixture is warm enough to handle, roll out small balls.

Dry fruit ladoos are ready to serve. An excellent and healthy dessert item, you can easily make these dry fruit ladoos at home!
