Dry Fruits Milkshake
Dry fruits such as almonds, cashew, pistachios etc are rich in iron, dietary fibre, Vitamin B, copper, phosphorus, Vitamin A and calcium. Dry fruits milkshake is a great way to achieve healthy growth. Plus it’s delicious!
Ingredients: ¼ cup each of almonds, pistachios, cashews and raisins, 7-8 dates deseeded and chopped, 2-3 dried figs chopped, a pinch of saffron, 2 ½ cups of milk, sugar, a few chopped dry fruits for garnishing.
1. Soak all the dry fruits in water for some time. Drain and add in a blender along with half a cup of milk and sugar.
2. Blend into a smooth frothy milkshake. Pour out into tall glasses.
3. Garnish with saffron strands and chopped dry fruits.
