Easy-Peasy Chicken Curries
Delicious mild curries are perfect for winter days when you don’t want to make elaborate dinners. And you can prepare this mild chicken curry. Chicken’s minerals and proteins make it a must have.
The Steps Are:
1. Heat oil in saucepan. Toss in one onion, ginger, 200 gm carrot, red pepper and salt. Fry till onions are golden brown.
2. Add curry powder, about ½ tsp to the mix and add chicken.
3. Fry until the powder appears to seal. Add chicken stock to the mix, cover the pan with lid and bring to boil. Then simmer for 15 mins or till the chicken is just about to be cooked. Add boiled peas five minutes before switching off the gas.
Serve it with chapattis, rice or bread.
