Egg Bread Toast
Eggs are a rich source of protein, copper, iron, zinc, Vitamin D, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and selenium. You can include all these nutrients in your breakfast by making an egg bread toast in the morning.
Ingredients: 2 slices of brown bread, 1 egg, salt, 1 onion chopped, 2 green chillies chopped, half a tomato chopped, a pinch of turmeric, coriander leaves chopped, oil, a pinch of red chilli powder.
1. In a bowl, break the eggs and mix all the ingredients except oil and bread.
2. Heat a little oil in a tawa and pour the egg mix. Let is cook for a few seconds and then press in the bread slices on to it.
3. Fold the egg between the bread slices and cook till it is done.
