Egg Dosa

Ever thought of combining eggs and dosas? Surprised? Don’t be! Here’s a recipe that allows you to make delicious dosas with eggs. While dosas are highly nutritious, their nutritional value is increased multifold with the addition of eggs. Eggs are a rich source of protein, copper, iron, zinc, Vitamin D, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and selenium.

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 1 cup dosa batter, 1 onion thinly sliced, 2 green chillies chopped, coriander leaves, few carrot gratings, salt and oil. 


 1. Grease a tawa and heat it. Pour the dosa batter. 

 2. Now break the egg on the dosa and spread it evenly on the surface. 

 3. Sprinkle the vegetables and salt and cook till the base is done. 

 4. Flip and cook the other side. 

Your egg dosa is done! Cook this dosa at home today using this recipe and serve a yummy breakfast!
