Ingredients: 3 medium sized ripe bananas, 1 cup of atta, ½ tsp of crushed fennel, 3 tablespoons of jaggery powder, ¾ cup of water, oil.
1. Peel and mash the bananas in a bowl. To this add the jaggery and mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients except water and make a fine paste.4
2. Add water to make a smooth and thick batter.
3. Heat oil on a griddle and pour out the batter in small rounds.
4. Cook till both the sides have turned golden.
