Flavorful Poha Cutlet
Kids love snack items which are light and easy to digest. You can prepare Poha Cutlets at home without any hassle. The recipe is easy-to-make and can be prepared with simple ingredients. The items required are 1 cup chivda (thick beaten rice), boiled potato, green peas and salt and pepper.
1. You need to soak the chivda in water for at least 10 minutes. Now strain the water and keep it aside.
2. You need to take mashed potatoes and soaked peas in a bowl. Add mint and coriander leaves along with cumin powder.
3. Add soaked poha to this along with salt and pepper. With your hands stir the mixture and make cutlets.
4. Heat a pan with oil and deep fry these cutlets. Make sure the cutlet is taken out when it acquires a golden shade.
