Fragrant & Delicious Lychee Lassi
Loaded with vitamin C and antioxidants, lychee is a power packed little fruit. It is sweet, fragrant, and juicy making it one of the favourite fruit of many kids. Here is a recipe for lychee lassi that combines the goodness of lychees with calcium rich curd to make it a soothing and nutritious summer drink.
Ingredients: ½ cup lychees, 1 cup plain curd, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp rose syrup.
1. Take peeled, cleaned, and pitted lychees.
2. Put them in a blender and add plain curd.
3. Add sugar and rose syrup.
4. Blend well.
5. Check consistency and if needed add some water.
Serve chilled in your kid's favourite glass. Try it today!
